Shipment and post-delivery options
See the Shipping Policy for timing. Under the Refund Policy, eligible new goods may be returned for a fault or a non-defective preference reason, and exchanges are accepted subject to review and stock. The request window is 30 days after delivery, returns require prior approval, the parcel includes a free prepaid label, there is no restocking fee, and an approved refund is processed or initiated within 10 days.
