Before dispatch
We ordinarily prepare an authorised order in 1–2 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and applicable holidays are outside that calculation.
Carrier journey
Checkout determines which Canadian addresses and delivery services are available and shows any charge. The carrier estimate is 4–6 business days from dispatch, but circumstances in transit can affect the arrival date.
Keeping delivery information accurate
Customers should verify the street address and unit details at checkout. Tracking appears in the shipment notification when supplied by the carrier and may not show an immediate scan.
When a shipment needs investigation
Write to masajeliz36@gmail.com about a stalled tracking record, loss, a delivered-but-missing scan or transit damage. Include the order number, purchase email and available evidence.
